To further strengthen internal control within the Greencarrier group we are looking to recruit an ambitious and communicative Internal Risk Controller, in a newly established role.
The focus areas will be to assess and control financial as well as operative risks in all Group companies. Placement could be in any of the Nordic or Baltic countries.
Job description 

The Internal Risk Controller will be responsible for develop internal controls, compliance with policies and regulations, both financial and operative and to verify the integrity and reliability of reported information. Risk assessment as well as proactively recommending process improvements is a crucial part of the work. You will be working closely with the Group CFO and be prepared for frequent travelling to many of our offices in the north eastern part of Europe as well as China. An essential part of the work will be to interpret, help understand and help implement central directives for all subsidiaries. You will report to our CFO.
Education

Bachelors degree in Business Administration and/or a Legal degree.
Competencies and experience 

You are most likely coming from a similar role in a large multinational company or a multinational audit firm. Experience from auditing, internal or external, is required along with a thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting. We also value experience within internal controls, corporate governance, business control, business operations, financial accounting, risk management and knowledge of the forwarding and shipping sector.

Language skills

Excellent English skills, orally and in writing, are required.
