Internal Sales Specialist, Silica Sweden

This role will report to the Inside Sales Manager. The Internal Sales Specialist coordinates and actions the internal sales activity against assigned accounts in line with defined processes that meet Silica's expectations. The position will be based at the Sundbyberg office. Principal Responsibilities Proactively work with Account Managers in developing new opportunities in order to increase sales and grow market share. Provide a quick, efficient response to all enquiries. Process all post, fax or queries, telephone responses, negotiate and close business. Investigate and resolve customer problems Work with Field Application Engineers to identify opportunities for Design Wins. Liaise with Customer Service Dep. on customers requests for cancellation and amendment, negotiate to balance between customer care and profitable business levels for Avnet. Knowledge and Requirements + 3 years experience within the Electronic Component Distribution Industry is required A sound working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, however full SAP training will be given. Have a good understanding of part numbers and technologies within electronic distribution. Good communication skills Be result-oriented and service minded Good command of the English language (both written and oral)
