The mission
As an International Account Manager at Epishine, your mission will be to identify, approach and partner with customers within IoT, PropTech, Facility Management and the sensor industry, and help them integrate our indoor solar cells in their products.
Together with your colleagues in the Market & Sales team, you will establish and carry out account strategies, participate in marketing efforts, map key stakeholders and present to them the value that Epishine and our indoor solar cells can bring. The work includes handling business discussions and sales contract negotiations, all the way to a finalised business contract. You will work in close cooperation with your accounts and build long-term relations with key stakeholders in order to understand the needs of your customers. Together with experts from Epishine’s Product Integration team, you will help our customers’ transition to light energy harvesting.
As you will work with accounts both in Sweden and on an international market, the role will include travels at around 50-80 days/year.
Who are we looking for?
You have a couple years of experience in B2B sales, preferably of technical solutions. In order to thrive in this role, you need to be a secure and trustworthy person with an interest for tech. You are able to learn about electronic applications in order to understand the needs of the customers and in order to collaborate with teams internally.
You are patient and have a long-term mindset when it comes to customer relationships. As there will be a lot of freedom in your work, you should feel comfortable with and have the motivation to initiate and plan your own work. As you will have close collaborations with stakeholders both internally and externally, it is also important that you are a communicative, humble and helpful team player who enjoys working with others.
It is beneficial if you have an educational background within electronics and/or if you have previous experience of working with key account management or account-based selling.
Lastly, you speak unhindered English and Swedish.
