The role
The main objective for the International Account Manager E-tail is to help and support our growth within the E-Tail channel and reach our Global TePe company goal. Your main customer will be Amazon.
You will participate in building the Amazon strategy with our subsidiaries and export markets together with the e-com sales and marketing team. You will also be part of the E-tail commercial team to set the E-Tail strategy, leveraging the E-Tail partner program.
This is an exciting international role, with the world as your arena. Since it is a new role at TePe, you need to be comfortable with everything not being in place - yet. However, you will be able to shine when you participate with your expertise in shaping the future for our strategy with Amazon together with the Account Manager. You will be working with a complex customer, but if you like a good challenge, you will find all the necessary solutions.

- Contract and negotiations
- Expansion strategy
- Digital Brand protection
- Commercial activities
Main objectives
- Help grow E-Tail expertise across the whole commercial organisation with focus on Amazon
- Assist in E-Tail partner program
- Manage our product portfolio & catalogue on Amazon
- Analysis of international accounts including local support
- Drive the E-Tail mindset and channel focus
- Support further development of E-Tail packs and subscription model
- Use and analyse E-Tail commercial tools, and train commercial teams

You will be part of our highly skilled Digital Sales Team where everybody acts as a sounding board to their colleagues in order to grow our collective intelligence. Your reporting line will be into to the Global Sales Manager E-com at TePe headquarters.
Required for the role
- University degree in any business/digital/E-Commerce fields, or proven high-level courses and experience
- Commercial E-Commerce experience and working first hand with customers and, ideally, international subsidiaries
- Good communicator, preferably with experience in training across international subsidiaries.
- Required language skills: Fluency in both spoken and written English and ideally Swedish. Any third additional language (i.e., German, French, Spanish, etc.) would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Amazon. Experience working with Amazon Vendor setup and Pan Eu / international setup is advantageous.
