International Account Manager to MARS ITR, Copenhagen.

Your market consists of travellers shopping duty-free in airports, border shops, cruises, ferries and in-flight in Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Iceland. Day-to-day contact and regular account field visits abroad will take up at least two days of your weekly schedule.  Your homebase is the Copenhagen office together with around 110 associates. You report to the Sales Manager ITR Nordics.

 

Responsibilities


Responsible for maintenance and further development Travel Retail & Duty Free customer in the Nordic regions of Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Iceland.
Daily contact and regular account field visits abroad minimums 2 days per week.
Establish long term business relationship with your customers in which you will be functioning as a consultative business partner.
Annual negotiations on portfolio, pricing, visibility, promotions and reinvestment.
Maintain accurate records of all sales admin and draw up detailed reports within given dead-lines.


 Requirements


At least 4 years experience in a FMCG sales environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, and either Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.
Good experience in interacting with customers and distributors.
Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
Higher vocational or University degree preferable within economy.
