Upstream is a software company founded in 1998 and has developed the innovative sales pipeline management solution Membrain, launched in 2012. Membrain helps companies to understand and execute the art and science behind a successful sales process. It helps mid-sized companies to refine their sales efforts through guidance, coaching and by reinforcing best practice behaviours. Membrain has been nominated in the Top Sales Awards for two years and was awarded the gold medal in 2013!
The Role
Upstream is now looking for the right person to expand our global sales channel for Membrain and help our partners to enable client’s sales teams to become more effective by combining Membrain with their service offerings.
You will initiate contact and conduct meetings to enlighten prospects on the business results that a partnership will enable; be responsible for sales projects; sign contracts and be a part of our inbound marketing efforts. You will primarily be working with sales development experts, trainers and management consultants. You will also assist with sales support in direct contact with our partner’s end customers, which are mid-sized to large companies around the globe.
As a part of the Membrain team, you will be a key person in our mission to elevate the sales profession. Your focus will be in building our global channel and expanding our sales team over time. You’ll have flexible hours and be a key contributor on the journey of making Membrain the #1 solution to drive operational excellence in complex b2b sales.
Who we are looking for
* Native English speaker. Swedish, French, Spanish and German a merit.
* Interested and intrigued by our mission to elevate the sales profession.
* A minimum of 2 years of documented B2B sales experience.
* Enjoys the entrepreneurial spirit and the extra work needed in a start-up.
Skills and expertise
* University Business Degree (or equivalent self-studies)
* Goal-orientated and intrinsically motivated
* Interested in technology and software
* Structured and organised
* Enjoys working internationally

40 hours / week
