Our team comprises a focused and very international team of highly motivated and driven people who are genuinely passionate about empowering future doctors, nurses and others to get the knowledge needed to diagnose and treat patients. We develop, market, and sell Sectra Education Portal, the world-leading educational platform with a large library of medical cases and cutting-edge 3D visualizations of the human body, to universities in more than 50 countries.
We are looking for a customer-centric and conscientious person to join our team in Linköping. A person who can coordinate efforts to help the flow of sales and marketing activities. An open-minded person that has a strong work ethic to be able to get things done in a highly collaborative environment.
At Sectra Education, you will work with our executive team and with various departments including business development and sales, marketing, and finance. Are you interested in being part of a successful global business and helping to ensure that our solutions can be provided efficiently to our customers?
In this position you will:
Administrate Sectra’s sales tool (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM) and business tool (Jeeves, ERP), including manage the managing lists
Handle order registrations, order confirmations, logistics and shipping
Assist in special event preparation and implementation
Take on special project manager assignments for department initiatives
Coordinate marketing activities, such as exhibitions, customer surveys, press releases, web content, social media and the production of marketing and sales material

For this position, the following requirements apply:
Initiative taker and driver to improve the efficiency of your daily work and go the extra mile if needed
Careful and structured, detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong writing communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Swedish
Experience with project management
Basic finance or accounting knowledge (Microsoft Excel)
A high school diploma or bachelor’s degree with a strong academic performance

Speak more languages than those required above
Have experience of other cultures
Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing, or flying as examples
Have experience from working with ERP systems (Jeeves or similar) and/or CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
