Hedin US Motor is the exclusive importer and distributor of the Ford F-150 model range throughout Europe. We are part of Hedin Mobility Group, a leading European mobility enabler operating in 14 countries. The business import and distribute vehicles and spare parts, as well as resale vehicles and offers vehicle-related mobility services.

We are now looking for an International Business Developer and Project Manager for our continued European expansion. You will be responsible for business development, including launch and establishment projects within selected countries. You will manage all phases of the project and coordinate with both internal and external parties to achieve success.

The position will be located in our attractive new office space in Mölndal.

Who are we looking for?

You probably have experience from management consulting or internal project management in an international organization and enjoy working on both strategic and operational level. You are successful in identifying the long-term strategy and supporting the business to implement the strategy on operational level. You have the ability to set structure across business units to achieve the goals set for the organization, communicate required actions and support your teams to make it happen. You thrive in collaborating with external and internal parties in projects on daily basis, and you know what to prioritize to succeed. We believe you are an outgoing person who finds it both exciting and stimulating to meet new people, have fun at work and enjoy working in an ever-changing environment with high demands.

Furthermore, you have:

- At least 3 years of experience in business development and/or project management in an international environment

- The ability to work with several projects in parallel and adhere to set schedules

- Excellent skills in preparing presentation material, e.g. slides

- Great presentation skills

- Fluent linguistic in Swedish and English, German is meritorious

- Previous experience from the automotive industry or similar is an advantage
