JOB DESCRIPTION 
Coming from various backgrounds and countries in Europe you will be a member of an international team and learn the job of a Business Manager. During 18 months you will learn the job of a Business Manager and be trained by the best managers within the Alten Group in France, Spain, Italy or United Kingdom. After 18 months you will have the opportunity to take the next step and apply for Business Manager positions within Alten.  

As a Business Manager you will be in charge of:
- Sales: develop new businesses, optimize profitability, close offer deals / negociations.
- Recruitment: select and hire your consultants.
- Management: your team of consultants.

YOUR PROFILE 
*You have recently graduated with a Master degree from one of the top European Universities (engineer or business school).
*You are fluent in business French, English and preferably another European language.
*Your goal is to have a management and sales position in the future.
*It is positive if you have some experience from sales and business engineering or coordination of a technical project.
*You are outgoing, goal oriented, competitive and achieving.
