VEM is looking for an International Channel Sales Director who wants to contribute to the growth of the innovative scale-up company Wematter!

 

About the role

As an International Channel Sales Director, you will focus on building a strong and high performing channel sales network globally. Your responsibility will be to independently identify, evaluate and establish distributors, mainly in Europe. In the role you will develop channel sales through long term relationships as a result from hard work building a network of distributors. You are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and you educate the distributors to make sure that they are well familiar with the products. In the process of establishing a new distributor we often welcome our partners to our production site in Linköping, which means that the need to travel will vary over time.

 

You will build and develop a process for channel sales as well as coach and develop the sales team regarding channel sales knowledge. You will be a key person in the development of the sales team as well as the overall company sales.

 

About you

We believe that you are experienced in international sales, preferably regarding technical products. You have experience from establishing new distributors on new markets as well as negotiations and contracts. Experience from additive manufacturing, medtech, automotive or plastic industry is meritorious. We believe that you have a higher education, preferably technical.

 

As a person, you are goal-oriented with a drive to process new and existing customers. You thrive in a changing environment and in the company spirit that comes with an innovative startup company. You are self-driven with a flexible and prestige less mindset. You are also a successful and coaching leader with good communicative skills.

Good to know

As International Channel Sales Director, you will report to the Vice President of Sales. The position is located in Linköping with a large flexibility regarding remotework.
