International Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are now looking to fill this new role in our Compensation & Benefits team covering the UK, Nordic & Central Europe Region.

You will report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits for Region and will support the timely and accurate delivery of fair, market-competitive and compliant compensation and benefits packages by providing expert advice and solutions. You will also be asked to coordinate global processes for the region.

This position is based in either Vaesteras, Sweden or Derby, UK

Key Responsibilities:
Assessing positions within the Bombardier Grading Structure and recommending equitable salaries
Maintenance and management of the company salary review systems including the management of the annual salary review cycle, at both a local and global level
Management of the Bombardier Incentive plan within the region
Benchmarking of salaries against the external marketplace to ensure cross organisational competitiveness
Production of key statistical analysis to support the ongoing development of the organisation reward strategy
Assist in the production of statistics to help in determining the relative success of HR led initiatives
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects particularly those with a statistical/analytical edge
Management of C&B analysts

Reward Analyst - Skills / Experience:

You will have good reward experience
You will be fluent in Swedish & English, and preferably have a good knowledge of Danish & Norwegian
Have an analytical approach
Intermediate plus experience on Excel, & Word
Excellent communication skills and able to fit in well into a corporate blue chip environment
