The Role
As an immigration specialist at K2, you are meticulous and organised in your work with a proactive approach to every component of an assignees application. As a team member you will contribute with solutions to issues and identify process improvements. In your role and areas of responsibility you demonstrate commercial awareness and work in line and towards K2’s vision and goals.
You proactively support and share the ownership and accountability of your assigned client accounts assisting the appointed account manager.

The job role will require you to develop a relationship with K2 Corporate Mobility’s existing clients, proactively managing their international relocations in a fast paced environment. You will act as a point of contact for both assignees and HR contacts, and be accountable for managing and tracking all aspects of an assignees permit needs, serving as the primary point of contact.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Initiate, manage and execute (when applicable) all immigration services to be delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Consular Services
Visa’s & Permits
Local Registrations
Legalizations
Provide administrative support to assignees. This includes, but is not limited to:
Notarisations
Translations
Assume responsibility and accountability ensuring all services are delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and guidelines. Close follow up until full case completion and support K2 global teams is essential to productive team work.
Ensure all files are set up in accordance to K2 policy and ASCENT is completed accurately and promptly where all information is recorded in a timely manner.
Coordinate suppliers and vendors involved in service delivery, (immigration translation, and notaries) and provide feedback to you line manager for their services reviews.
Provide clear and concise information to the HR/ Assignee and propose best options for their situation ensuring legal compliance is maintained.
Aim at all times for high service delivery, at every client touch point, generating enthusiastically satisfied clients
You proactively support and share the ownership and accountability of your assigned client accounts assisting the appointed account manager.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook).
Excellent Presentation skills.
Global travel when required.
Additional language skills would be advantageous.
