International Key Account Manager
Since we are growing, we are now strengthening our KAM team and looking for a Key Account Manager. This is a new position and you will be responsible for some of our larger customers and the commercial partnership for the accounts on a customer country level. You will drive the business development for the whole range of our products towards these customers. You will develop current existing relationships as well as identifying new contacts within the scope of our customers.
Furthermore you will build strong internal relationships to the internal sales organisation as well as the marketing team in order to drive the strategy, development and planning of our customer activities, customer intimacy and our brand. You will be responsible two large international accounts, to coordinate all parties both internal and external involved in executing our business model.
Job content:
*Responsible for the Turnover and margin per channel on a country level across category for our customers
*Develop strategy and strategic account plans per channel on a country level across category
*Exclusivity growth planning and sales targets achievement for the channels
*Price positioning for the channels in cooperation with marketing
*Position new concepts and promotional plans per customer in agreement with marketing managers ensuring an added value relationship with the account
*Decide upon Category management investments and solutions together with Category Managers
*Ensure that competition is actively benchmarked and acted upon
Qualifications:
*5-10 years of Key Account Manager experience from the B2B and B2C business, preferably from the brown goods business
*It is a must that you have experience from large international accounts
*At least a bachelor degree level with Business/Commercial direction
*Experience in/knowledge of market scenario?s and competitors
*Understanding of the relevant supply chain
*Ability to manage customer Profit & Loss
*Excellent negotiation and influencing skills on a senior level
*Strong team player
*Fluent Swedish and English required, internationally oriented
