International Logistic Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
You are the expert in a team of International Logistic Coordinators, taking care of planning and executing international logistic flows including Transport & Customs activities to fulfill Sites Supply Chain requirements, including maintaining and continuously improving an effective transport setup congruent with country regulations and company directives.
Main Responsibilities :
Outbound and Inbound Transportation Management Site referent
Manage Shipping and Outbound Transportation activities across all projects and project phases
Function Internal Standards / Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Internal Standards, Define, Improve and Validate Internal Standards, Manage Internal Standards Deployment.
Liaise internally, with various stakeholders in AT global transportation organization
Function External Standards / Identify Needs & Define Requirements, Contribute to External Standards Definition, Improvement & Validation, Manage Impact of External Standards on Processes & Tools, Manage External Standards & Regulations Deployment
Liaise externally, with different transport and logistic providers, in close collaboration with indirect procurement and other AT stakeholders
Customs Site referent
trained to the Customs basics: Incoterms/ HS codes/ Values/ Origin and AT Incoterms policy. First level of support on customs regulation to the Site teams.
manages the relationship between the Site teams and the customs broker.
VAT expert, in relation to customs
Transport Control function and performance management
Review of transport/logistic providers’ pricing models in collaboration with indirect purchasing and global commodity managers
On demand: invoice control / approvals, invoice investigations of origin and verification of correctness
Support project controllers, site management, site procurement, indirect procurement, and site finance in budgeting and cost follow-up
Function Performance / Collect Site or Monthly KPIs, Manage Site or Country Improvement Action Plan, Review Site or Country Monthly KPIs
YOUR PROFILE :
5 years of experience or more in a similar position
Fluent in Swedish & English is mandatory
SAP knowledge is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
