The Team
The Business Marketing function of Compodium exists to position Compodium as a credible communications provider for all customers showing the market how we lead in providing solutions that add value to their organisation, and that match & develop according to their needs.
We develop differentiating insight-led marketing plans, using a segmented approach to identify key opportunities & programmes that will deliver a strong set of commercial goals, utilising a comprehensive portfolio including Compodium’s Secure, Encrypted and Authenticated communication platform.
The candidate
Do you have the skills to empower sales globally for Compodium with creative marketing techniques? Can you drive lead generation campaigns and have experience of executing these leads to successful enterprise sales and enterprise accounts. Compodium International AB are looking for an experienced marketing professional with advanced business acumen. The candidate will need to be a self-starter, operate professionally and carry excellence in service delivery with a proven record in leading marketing.
Responsibilities
Monitor the Unified Communications market in relation to business and market developments, customer requirements, competitor sales efforts and strategies and communicate this to Sales Leadership and Management at Compodium
Build and maintain excellent relationships with tier 1 vendors to co-develop the Compodium marketing strategy
Ensure regular and accurate forecasting and reporting on lead generation with experience of CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com, Upsales and that all required marketing campaigns are documented and maintained ready for weekly 1:1 reviews with Management at Compodium.
Actively participate in the development of long range and competitive sales strategies for Compodium’s Solutions in participating with training programmes and events
Create, develop, execute and monitor marketing campaigns
Create and update collaterals, infomercials, commercials
Develop Compodium’s online presence on website and social media platform

Requirements
Be Passionate about Customers and putting them at the heart of everything you do
Extensive marketing experience, minimum 5 years
Significant experience of creating marketing plans end executing and delivering tangible results
Experience creating and building relationships with strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively interact with fast-paced, demanding sales organisations and senior level management – and managing priorities accordingly across internal and external stakeholders
Have strong communication skills and able to present and tailor communications in both formal and informal settings
Team player, strong collaborator and inspiring leader to run virtual teams across the business
Strong commercial acumen
Marketing experience across Northern EMEA, especially the Nordics
Confidence and experience of marketing campaigns into various verticals such as Enterprise, healthcare customers as well as into channel partners
Previous experience with a major account direct touch sales and marketing models, ideally in connection with two-tier distribution is a merit
Educated to degree level in a technical or commercial discipline
Being results driven, with autonomous and hands-on working style
Strong results-focus with an ambitious, pro-active approach to getting things done
Resilient and dynamic with capacity to cope with pressure
Strong business acumen with developed entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent presentation skills
Microsoft, Cisco, Poly technical and sales and marketing certification are optional
Fluent in written and spoken English & Swedish is essential
Basic conversational in French, German, Spanish optional
