International Marketing Manager with digital experience

Invest in Skåne is part of the market group Business Region Skåne, which is owned by Region Skåne (85 percent) and Skåne's municipalities (15 percent). Our mission is to attract foreign investment to the region and to promote exports and the internationalisation of Skåne-based companies. The goal is to strengthen Skånes trade and industry. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Do you have several years experience of international marketing? Do you excel at digital communication? Would you like to work in a collaborative and non-hierarchal organisation to promote business in Skåne? For our marketing and communications department, we are now looking for a marketing manager specialising in digital channels. The department currently consists of four employees with skills in business intelligence, communications and marketing as well as a Head of Marketing and Communications. By joining us, you will get the chance to work in a newly established team in our great offices at Dockan, when everything returns to normal.


KVALIFIKATIONER
You hold a university degree in digital marketing or another relevant field and you have several years of experience of digital marketing in an international environment. You are an experienced project manager with focus on web optimisation, conversion and lead generation. You have solid experience of planning, executing and analysing results from digital marketing activities. You possess a high level of English and Swedish, both written and spoken. It is an advantage if you also master Danish. You are digitally savvy with experience of social media management (with focus on Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter). You are a talented writer used to writing demographically adapted content for several different channels including social media and websites. You are adept at working with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Teams and you have experience from working strategically as well as operationally with digital platforms for content management and lead generation (we use Hubspot and Drupal).
You are solution-oriented, working both operationally and strategically towards set goals. You have a great business acumen and commitment. You thrive in a networking role. This role requires a structured approach and the ability to handle several projects at the same time. You enjoy a varied job and you can dispose of your time well. You work as well in a team as you do independently. You are humble, unpretentious, socially skilled, curious and trustworthy.
