Your future
- Manage existing and new product listings on Amazon, Zalando Allegro, and other marketplaces day to day responsibilities for online sales.
- Create, manage, and optimize listings for maximum visibility and effectiveness.
- Define strategies to increase listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools, promotions, and product sponsorships.
- Develop marketplace reporting summaries, search term analytics, and competitive benchmarking and make recommendations to drive business key performance indicators.
- Pull weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance data.
- Execute ongoing analysis to compare past and current sales combined with pricing and competitive factors to achieve target growth.
- Manage and secure the financial planning and forecasting for the defined marketplace accounts. Key KPI´s: net sales, market share, margin & rate of sale.
- Review missed lines and canceled order reports and work with the internal forecasting and supply chain teams to ensure products are in a good stock position.
- Evaluate bulk buy and cost proposal requests utilizing profit data analysis tool, manage the sign-off process, and communicate with key internal stakeholders.
- Manage the channel for errors, alerts, questions, and inquiries and resolve with a high sense of urgency and empathy.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue growth objectives.
- Support on Marketplace order management and customer inquires with internal teams.
Your past and your skills
- Solid understanding of different marketplaces globally; must have a thorough understanding of marketplaces.
- BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
- 1+ years or equivalent within the E-Com or retail environment with a web platform experience.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English, speaking Spanish or Italian or Chinese is plus.
- Analytical skills of downloading data and creating actionable reports to optimize and control the business.
- Project management skills and you have the ability to see the big pictures.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive and willing to use your own initiative.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with a diverse stakeholder set.
- Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment that constantly changes.
- Passion for working with different marketplaces and their best practices.
- Prior experience in the Baby industry, and/or ECommerce Retail industries strongly preferred.
