International Planner Buyer

Verisure is seeking for a talented, innovative, passionate International Planner Buyer. This role will be part of a growing and talented Supply Chain Team and will report directly into our Supply Chain organization. This is a critical role that will contribute to establish, define and improve the global supply chain processes, ensuring they are designed and managed that the supply chain business results and operations are achieved.  This role combines analysis and reporting along with hands-on co-operation within each of the departments in Supply Chain to ensure excellence in the overall performance of the operations. The position provides backup and support to key positions within the Supply Chain team. The role will be based in Malmö.

The role will be expected to work autonomously, impact quickly and develop as the business grow.

Responsibilities will include, among others:
* Ensure purchase orders are sent to suppliers in accurate and timely manner in accordance with business service level agreements as well as monitor the orders to ensure correct delivery.
* Participate and support the new product introduction (NPI) and associated processes ensuring that all data is entered in line with defined timelines to support phase-in, cost-effective phase-out, and to maximize customer service levels.
* Broad communication channels with both external and internal stakeholders
* Estimate and release the forecast to the suppliers ensuring that purchase orders are sent to suppliers in an accurate and timely manner according to business service level agreement as well as monitoring the orders to make sure correct delivery.
* Work actively with KPIs, following up and reviewing data on forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.
* Provide and enact the inventory strategy and levels as well as drive end-to-end coordination with the suppliers to be able to analyze the service level and propose corrective actions.

Permanent hire to be based in Malmö.

* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
* Minimum of 5 years´ of experience in a similar position.
* Advance knowledge of ERP system and high proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Projects).
* Motivation to learn, focused on continuous improvement and ease of teamwork.
* Significant experience in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
* Fluent English speaker with international experience. If you speak and write in any additional languages it is seen as meritorious.
* Experience of working with diverse and remote teams.
