Job description
As an International Project Manager you will be working at the interface between product and project management in an international context. In doing so, you will maintain a proactive cooperation between the Sales, HR, IT, and Marketing departments as well as with clients, suppliers and the Swedish headquarter. In more detail you will have the following responsibilities.


• Responsibility to lead and support implementation projects together with local project managers in the international countries. Project Management responsibilities include: Planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring all measures concerning project management of new client launch projects outside of Sweden.

• Client Relations management (CRM) tasks in the international markets with the goal of creating reference clients and achieve other strategic client success metrics. Support local PMs and work actively with all measures concerning CRM processes. Happy clients mean happy Benify!

• Initiate, coordinate and develop the product together with local teams and cross functional team members. Implementation of existing and new modules & functionalities in the Benify platform.

• Develop a deeper understanding of the markets potential by evaluating existing client base in PMO International and pre-defined client engagement KPI:s. Thus, support the trend-setting and further general development of the product.

• Identify and execute cross-country process improvement projects, thus supporting the goal of Perfect Delivery through increased: Quality, Flexibility and Efficiency.

• Responsible for conducting and reviewing documentation of new and existing PMO/CRM processes as well as technical, financial and legal specification for different solutions.

• Work with knowledge & experience sharing across markets via participations in all major lessons learned and initiate/support trainings sessions when needed.

• Responsible to conduct market research for Project Management International based on identified needs


Requirements
• You have successfully obtained your Masters degree in engineering or economics or a comparable field of study, which have given you great analytical and strategic business skills

• You have 2-5 years of relevant job experience in the field of project management, product development or management consulting and/or or have gained insight into the everyday work of a startup business

• You have fluent professional written and oral language proficiency in both Swedish and English. Additional languages are considered to be a merit, especially German or French

• You are very client oriented and are excellent at dealing with complicated client requirements while always having a strategic business mindset

• You have a great liking for all IT matters and are interested in technical topics

• You are a communicative team player, socially outgoing and possess a structured and reliable work ethic

• Ideally, you have knowledge within the fields of HR and/or Compensation/Benefits/ or in legal or tax topics, and hold good leadership skills
