International Recruiter

Arbetsbeskrivning

This isn´t a conventional car company. We´re a new global brand that focuses on the need of the connected generation, sustainability, and a hassle-free customer experience.

International Recruiter at Lynk & Co
A career at Lynk & Co is more than just a job, it´s a movement. The people who works here share a passion for creating amazing customer experience, have an open mindset, and thrive on innovative ways of working. As an international recruiter, you play an important role in creating awareness about our brand and growing our awesome global team.

This position is based in Gothenburg but will involve traveling across Europe

What you´ll do

You will work closely with our managers to ensure successful recruitments. This means that you are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process, from attracting suitable candidates for our open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge, to salary negotiations and closing the offer.

You´re a natural at attracting talent. And you´ll not only live and breathe the Lynk & Co values, you´ll help us grow our employer brand and recruiting presence.

What you should have

To be successful in this role we believe you should have several years' experience in recruiting positions at different levels and in different markets around Europe. You are proficient in English and have strong communication skills both written and verbal. You have proven skills in using social media like LinkedIn and if you are used to working with Teamtailor i´s a plus.

As we are a small (but mighty) team, so you need to work well independently and bring your creative ideas forward, but also use your superpowers to support across the teams. We´re also partly remote, so bonus if you know how to deal with that in an effective way!

What we offer

Sure, we have all the basics in place like pension and insurances, wellness allowance, and flexibility in where and when you work. But that’s not the reason you choose us… You want to work with us because you will:

- Be part of a global and diverse team, with teammates from over 26 countries and a 50/50 gender split
- Be part of a fun work culture with high team spirit. People really enjoy their teams and get along well with their teammates. There’s a running club if you’re into that sort of thing, Mario Cart tournaments, lunch dance sessions, beers after work, etc.
- Be part of creating something new that has never been done before. The pace is fast, but the thrill is higher!
- Get the best of both worlds: a start-up atmosphere with the support of an established organization.
- Make a difference. We’re a lean team with a flat hierarchy, so every contribution has a direct impact

Working for Lynk & co

We´re not into strict hierarchy, but we do like collaboration, creativity, and people who challenge norms. We´ve cultivated a culture of personal development and role growth. If you´re an original thinker who values being open, personal, and challenging, then you´ll fit right in. In general, we think that imagination is just as important as expertise, and instinct can be as valuable as experience.

You will join our HR team located in Gothenburg. This is a full-time position starting ASAP.

Sounds good? Well, then we want to hear from you.

Our recruitment process

We work with a competence- based framework. You apply by submitting your application written in English and answering a few questions.

Our selection will primarily look at acquired competencies and skills.
