About the role
The International Remuneration & Benefits (IRB) Team is looking for an Administrator.
You will be involved in the administration of several processes within the IRB department.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Administrative support of the International Pensions Specialist
Involved in administration of all external pension plans for international assignees and accompanying spouses (where applicable) within the Atlas Copco Group
Involved in IRB’s invoicing and accrual process
Involved in the administration of the Group’s life insurance plan for international assignees.
Global Mobility / Remuneration and Benefits administrative support
Handle master data and operational activities in the different systems and platforms relating to global mobility, remuneration, short term incentives, long term incentives and benefits.
General administrative support to the team including travelling arrangements, preparation of presentations, meeting organisation etc.

You will report to the Group Executive and International Remuneration manager, Nathalie Van den Bossche or Anette Björk, and cooperate closely with the IRB team in Belgium and Sweden.
You will be in contact with international assignees and their home and host country HRs, VP HR Managers of various Divisions and subsidiaries across the Group, as well as with external companies we employ.

What we expect from you
To be successful in this position we believe that you are an experienced Management Assistant or a recent graduate Legal Practice who is looking to develop in international employment.
You have excellent MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint. You are fluent in both written and spoken English with good communication skills. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
The person we are looking for is a self-starter who is logical and analytical and is eager to get things done correctly and professionally. We are looking for a process and number-oriented person with attention to detail who is able to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines and demonstrates efficient planning. The candidate should be an excellent team player, enthusiastic and should enjoy working independently with investigative work in a small team.
Location
The position can be located in Stockholm, Sweden or Wilrijk, Belgium.
