International Sales Coordinator

Would you like to work in an exciting international environment? We are now searching for a new International Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales & service team within International Development.
Role description
As an International Sales Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Support team within International Development, which serves international customers in more than 30 countries worldwide. Together with your three colleagues in the team you will be responsible for managing the entire process from quotation to delivery to the customer, as well as providing sales support and basic technical advice. You feel at home in a dynamic environment where a “make it happen” philosophy is strong.
Your tasks will include:
Quantity calculation of our products
Preparation of pricing agreements
Quotation and Order management
Transport planning and booking
Issuing export documents
Answering questions and providing basic technical information to colleagues and customers
Handling product samples and claim

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and enjoy providing excellent service and helping customers or colleagues. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team make you a great fit for this role
Having earlier experience in service and sales is beneficial, especially with a background in logistics and familiarity with CRM systems like M3, SAP, or equivalent. Good computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and other Office programs, are advantageous. A high school education is required, and further education in sales or logistics would be beneficial. Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is desirable.
