International Sales Executive Nordics

About the position
The Mission of this position is to accelerate the growth in Numeric distribution and ROS of the brand in the Nordics On/Off Trade by working with Partners and key wholesalers.

Key responsibilities:
• Identify coordinate and capture business opportunities in the Swedish and Norwegian market in the On-trade and Off-trade channel
• Commercial link with local distributor, ensuring the implementation of the Group brand manual in Sweden and Norway
• Analyze the market, trends, and current customer needs
• Market reporting
• Supervise and/or negotiate commercial conditions in contracts with clients in accordance with the policies established by the International Commercial Department
• Budget management, (Marketing, Trademarketing, Grants and Loans)
• Negotiation in POS
• Supervise the correct implementation of the negotiated actions, (execution in POS)

Qualifications
• Minimum experience of 3 years in similar functions.
• Experience in the Horeca channel
• Experience in beverages
• Experience in the FMCG sector
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Languages: Swedish/Norwegian/English
• High knowledge of Excel and office automation
• Availability to travel Nordics/Europe

About the assignment
This is an assignment at a branch leading company, with international presence and you will be employed by Adecco. The time frame is currently estimated to 3 years. The position is based in Gothenburg or Stockholm, Sweden. Availability to travel is mandatory.
