International Support technician - Siebel CRM

Perido Skills is looking for a support technician who is fluent in English (preferably mother tongue) and fluent in French for our client located in Stockholm. You will be working in a team providing 2nd line support for the company's global CRM-system. That means dealing with end users and local IT-departments all over the world and supply them with information and solutions for their problems. It also means dealing with the development-department regarding issues that needs their attention. Qualifications * Experience of 1st or 2nd -line Application support is essential * Experience of end user support for any CRM-system is a strong merit * Knowledge of Windows XP/2000 OS and PC-networks is a merit * Fluent in English and French is essential As a person you are self sufficient, inspired and communicate easily with others.
