International Technical and Regulatory Officer

The International Technical and Regulatory Officer will be part of the Nomad Foods International and Findus Sweden Teams, from where we export products to different markets globally. The role has accountability for all the International Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Technical product requirements for business development.

You will join a very proactive team, managing the above requirements of the above Units.

Key responibilities are:

- Global regulatory compliance of the products
- Handling of forms and all kind of back office regulatory documentation
- Registration of new products and update of the specifications of existing products
- Regulatory research for new markets
- Handling of Customer-specific enquiries and Complaints
- Labels and Claims, Barcodes, Artwork input and approval
- Applying the Nomad Foods Quality policies and procedures for global regulatory purposes
- Support the factories, target markets and Customer with technical data and product specifications as required
- Contribute to project gatekeeping about risk, quality and legality of products and projects
- Staying ahead of specific food regulatory changes in markets of interest and broadly, globally by building external networks and utilize external experts


Qulifications and previous experience

- Studies or solid professional experience in Global Food Regulations and Labelling
- Experience in working with regulating authorities of third countries
- Knowledge in food raw materials, processing and Quality Systems
- Excellent knowledge in food quality systems
- Experience in Tariffs and Duty legilastion for third countries


It´s very important that you are fluent in English both written and spoken as we are an international department. We need you to be an advanced excel user and you need to demonstrable experience in using internal databases. It is important for us that you have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills - capable to deliver messages and ideas with clarity.
