International Technical Instructor

More than 30 Technical Instructors are working with theoretical and practical training of Tetra Pak and customer personal.The training is focusing on the equipment used in our filling lines but we also perform training for different soft skills.This position will initially work with automation training, (including PLC, Data collection, and Networking and Servo systems) and then when ready move over to work on a complete modern filling line.This will include both mechanical and electrical work. As a Technical Instructor you will be working with training of Tetra Pak service engineers employed in market companies as well as to our customer employees.You will work with development of new material and concepts to further improve our quality.Support for development of new equipment is another important task in your new position. Since we certify all our Technical Instructors, we always make sure that you are trained and have got experience before we let you perform any training.We are looking for you who have a dedicated technical competence.We expect both mechanical and electrical competence, experience and interest.You will be working in an international environment so you must be proficient in English, both speaking and writing.We think you have experience from areas within Technical Service or development.Any additional experience from training and teaching are welcome.As a person we expect you to be open and positive.To enjoy sharing your knowledge with others is a must.You must also enjoy working with people and technical equipment at the same time.You are used to work as a team-member but this position also demands that you can work independently.
