Internationalization Engineer

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our Expansion team, to help us take our platform to the next level! The position is full-time and based in Stockholm.

How you will make an impact

As part of the Expansion team, you’ll play a key role in our mission to grow the global user base. As part of this team, you’ll work closely with other engineers, localization management, expansion product manager, and product designers to drive internationalization, localization, and culturalization efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to build support, and evolve effective and scalable system integrations and processes for the localization of new and future content sources, as well as Translation Management System (Localize).

What you’ll do

Develop and maintain robust and scalable system integrations and processes for localization (EMS, Contentful, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and Translation Management System.

- Execute technical and product-related tasks to ensure the continuous launch of new localized languages and updates to existing localizations.

- Collaborate on technical SEO matters related to localization and market performance.

- Conduct discoveries and experiments to enhance localization and lateralization of our product and contents, in collaboration with data scientists, product designers, researchers, and other teams.

- Implement effective and scalable methods for changing local pricing and contribute to pricing framework strategies.

- Explore and develop future expansion features and support, both for direct user interaction and for enabling internal stakeholder.

What you’ll bring

- Extensive experience in system integration and localization processes.

- Proficiency in building scalable solutions using EMS, Contentful, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Translation Management Systems, and other relevant tools.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience in pricing frameworks.

- Passion for complexity and solutions of the internationalization and localization problem space.
