Would you like to join Nordea Corporate Advisory and support private equity sponsors and corporates with debt structuring and financial advice? We are now looking for a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in financial market to join our team as intern during the autumn.
Corporate Advisory is a team of 15 high performing specialists located in Stockholm, Sweden. The team is a centralised hub supporting Business Banking clients across the country, both in terms of structuring of corporate debt, as well as private equity transactions, such as recapitalisations, refinancings, leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings. Our team takes pride in having high work ethics and a positive and non-hierarchical spirit where all members of the team are encouraged to take on responsibility.
You will take an active role in the team from day one by supporting both in ongoing transactions, as well as keeping important internal material up to date. Main responsibilities will consist of preparation of relevant presentation and pitching material, which will include financial analysis and fundamental credit assessment. Further work tasks will contain keeping key internal portfolio and market data up to date, as well as marketing material.
As an Intern, you will acquire valuable insights about financial analysis and strategic financial advisory to top tier customers and prospects, while gaining key knowledge of the credit assessment process from the largest bank within the Nordics. You will participate in deal teams with experienced project managers, together structuring tailor-made senior debt transactions related to acquisition finance, recapitalisations and growth/capex funding.
This is a great opportunity for those interesting in kick-starting their career within the financial industry. You will be based in central Stockholm and be a part of our dedicated team in an exciting and fast-paced environment, where the customer remains at the heart of everything we do. Start date is set to 1st of September and the internship runs until mid/end of December, however the exact dates are somewhat open for discussion.
