Gaston Luga is a Swedish lifestyle fashion brand with a unique line of elegant but functional backpacks and accessories designed to be ideal companions when discovering the world. JOB DESCRIPTION
Keeping customer satisfaction high is a top priority at Gaston Luga and we are now looking for someone to help our team during peak season. Today our team consists of 3 people. Your responsibility will be to ensure that our customers have a good overall experience. In this job you will learn about the latest strategies and softwares for customer service.
This is an internship during the period of October - January with potential for extension. The placement for this job will be in Gaston Luga's main office in central Stockholm, Sweden.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in Korean, Japanese or Chinese.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
It is not a requirement that you know Swedish.
You are tech-savvy.
A positive attitude and willingness to exercise initiative.
Must be able to work well individually and in a team.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
You consider yourself to be reliable, patient and attentive.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Previous customer support experience in an online environment.
Familiarity with Zendesk, helpdesk software and logistics.
Working proficiency in multiple languages
For this job your personal attributes will be much more important than education and previous work experience.
