The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) seeks an intern to join its HR department. The internship will be in person and requires some on-site presence at SIPRI. The intern will independantly assess and develop the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) intiative which will result in a plan for Active Mesurements.

Main tasks
As an intern you will get the opportunity to investigate and advice on the internal working environment at SIPRI, and how we are preceived externally as a multinational employer.
The internship opportunity offers insights and practical experience in varoius areas
• Interviewing staff/questionnaire and colecting data
• Revising policy documents and HR processes
• Suggesting KPIs and a plan for Active Measures
• Presenting to the Safety Committe and Senior Management Team
• Writing a report
Qualifications and personal attributes
To benefit the most from this internship, the successful candidate would ideally:
• currently be studying for a degree in HR
• have fluency in Swedish and ecxellent written and spoken English;
• have an interest in DEI and work environment/organization and leadership in a multinational research environment.

Internship details
This internship is full- or part-time depending on the interns situation, and will start at the candidate’s earliest convenience and last until the end of the semester 2023
Please note that SIPRI does not pay interns salary.
