We are a startup with a vision to rapidly change the world of urban logistics, fight against climate change, and create more people-friendly cities. Our mission is to "Beat Vans" by delivering by our award-winning cargo bike all across the city.
As an intern in HR management you are responsible for two hundred riders and growing! It is your job to make sure our riders are happy, engaged, and ready for the ride ahead. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, support and day-to-day management as well as organising events and initiativesto improve our rider experience!
What does the job require?
Fluency in English
A degree or current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy
Open personality and good communication skills; enjoy sharing new ideas!
Understanding of topics such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations (a big plus but not a must)
Passion for people, ensuring they not only get the job done but also have fun while doing it
Commitment to the environment and our mission to #beatvans!
