Job Description


Your contribution to something big
Project management assistant
Preparing and participating in project workshops / events
Presenting in meetings
Driving smaller projects
Prepare content and participate in meetings with top management
Working with Project Management Tools
Improve current project management processes





Qualifications


What distinguishes you
Pursuing Bachelor/Master of Science degree or comparable
Ability to manage and set priorities in a changing environment
Ability to work independently and approach people easily
Good analytical skills
You are structured, but can think “outside of the box”
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is a merit
Beneficial: previous experience in Project Management and Project Management Tools
