Job Description


Your contribution to something big
During your 6-Month Full-Time Internship, you will have the opportunity to work with two different purchasing departments. This offers a broad workload and a lot of different insights.
Specifically, you will be supporting Purchasing Quality which is handling preventive and reactive supply chain quality management.
Your tasks will be:
Returning faulty parts from field and production line to the supplier
Carrying out cost reimbursements and containment actions in the plant and with supplier
Prepare and attend supplier quality meetings together with Quality Engineers
Supporting incoming goods inspection and containment actions for problematic parts

The other half of your internship will be with Strategic Purchasing which is dealing with planning, implementing, evaluating, and controlling strategic and operating purchasing decisions.
You will handle:
Supporting in preparation for negotiations and supplier meetings
Assisting in cost saving projects
Placing sample and tool orders
Maintaining, collecting, and creating supplier master data





Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university for Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Swedish is an advantage
Ability to self-organize and set priorities in a changing work environment
Ability to work independently and approach people easily
Working experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of SAP and programming is an advantage
Technical background is a plus
Willingness to learn while supporting in various areas
