Interviewer to Lingocruit – partime/student job!

Do you like communicating with others? In this role you’ll have varied working days, interviewing candidates from all over Europe helping find their dream job.
Lingocruit is an international recruitment agency connecting bilingual talent with job opportunities across Europé within Business Services, iGaming, Communication, Support, Marketing, Sales, and other industries.
Our project pipeline for 2021 has grown strongly and we are now looking to ramp up our recruitment team. We are looking for an interviewer who enjoys creating value for others. You do not need to know everything before starting. However, you must be willing to learn and be solution-focused with a high work capacity.


Requirements
At least 2 years of work experience
Good communicator in English, both in speech and writing
Team player with excellent social skills

What is meritious?
Multilingual competence, in addition to English; German, Dutch, French or Nordic languages
Interview experience
Background in a service profession
Experience from working and living abroad

About the job
To start with the job mainly includes interviewing and administering candidates. The position is hourly based employment and you are expected to be able to work 2-3 times a week (12-18 hours).
For the right person, this role can evolve into a full-time position in this up-scale company.
