As Intranet Global Content Quality Manager, you will have a central role in the ongoing development of Tetra Pak's global intranet (Orbis) with a special focus on establishing a sustainable content quality lifecycle process and approach.You will report to the Intranet Programme Manager and work in a team focusing on creating a world-class user centric intranet built on a task based strategy.The Intranet Programme team reports to a Steering Committee, works in close cooperation with several leading global intranet experts and is within e-Communications of Corporate Communications.e-Communications is responsible for managing both Tetra Pak's intranet and internet, facilitating the usage of online channels, and providing advice and guidance on how to communicate online in the best way to support business objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be to;
- Manage the content quality on Orbis globally to enhance employee productivity and get people involved, sharing & collaborating
- Lead the "Content Quality Lifecycle" project as part of the Intranet Programme
- Establish and nurture a global network of key content owners & editors focussing on best practices and driving content which is current, fresh, relevant, easy to find and use, and supports collaboration
- Create, communicate, implement and continuously improve the 'Content Lifecycle Process' globally
- Be the speaking partner with Tetra Pak's IT-organisation for content quality related matters on Orbis
- Participate in other adhoc activities related to the ongoing development of Orbis
Kvalifikationer
You have strong communication experience and skills (i.e.minimum 5 years working experience with communications preferably in an international setting and with an emphasis on the web) and are able to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders whilst driving change and new ways of thinking and working.You work well in both a team and independently.Your open mindset and strong drive to achieve targets will be critical in this role.
You have a university degree preferably in communication / informatics and experience from communication and intranet environments as well as significant experience in writing for the web in English.You have experience from project management and a good business understanding.You have the ability to work together with and have impact and influence across a broad range of stakeholders in a complex global organisation.You have superior command of English both written and spoken.
