Do you want to be part of implementing and driving a new user-oriented intranet?Our central Web Communication team focuses on securing an intranet and a public website that supports our business.We work with a network of web authors and web editors globally and cooperate closely with stakeholders in the business and within internal and market communications.We are looking for an Intranet Manager to be part of the project to implement a new intranet and to drive our intranet and collaboration sites forward after the launch.In this role you report to Manager Web Communications and represent the intranet in our Web Council.We use the Microsoft SharePoint platform.Main activities are: .[Drive the intranet portal development on a strategic level to secure solutions that drive usage, streamline processes and facilitate communication in close cooperation with key business stakeholders and internal communications .[Develop, maintain and manage supportive infrastructure including policies, processes and procedures .[Create, maintain and enforce standards to secure quality control .[Support implementation of employee communication initiatives .[Plan, develop and assess training needs as well as implement and follow-up training programs in the organization .[Cooperate closely with IT and portal managers for public website and extranet Skills and experiences: You have strong web communications skills and IT understanding and minimum 5 years working experience.You have a strong business orientation and strategic capabilities, yet thrive in working at practical and operational level.The position interacts on a global level with various functions so you have the ability to build relationships and possess negotiation skills.You must also be able to communicate in English both orally and in writing.The position is placed at our Headquarters in Lund.
