Group Communications is responsible for media contacts and internal communication, using the intranet as the primary source of information and the web for external communication, as well as corporate identity matters for Sandvik AB. In this role you will be a part of the department that supports Corporate Communication, Group functions, country organizations and other internal stakeholders in communications, in practice.

The position is for a period of one year during a parental leave. The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm.

Key performance areas
As Intranet Publisher you will:
- Lead and participate in projects
- Write and edit various texts for different stakeholders and for different target groups
- Write articles and be an in-house reporter
- Be responsible for photography and photo handling for corporate internal information
- Publish content on the Group intranet
- Support and advise the Group functions and the country organizations' intranet publishers
- Participate in relevant networks for intranet content
- Be chair for teams for developing the content on all of the Group's intranets
- Edit communication graphics material
- Cooperate with external resources, such as copywriters, printing houses, photographers, etc.

The position includes some traveling during the year, mainly between Stockholm and Sandviken. There will also be some trips elsewhere in the world to support country organizations.

You will be part of the Group Internal Communications team and report to the VP Group Internal Communications.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Communication and Media or Journalism and experience with the above-mentioned competencies. You have five to ten years? broad experience within the communication area, or have a similar background. We expect that you previously worked with communication planning, preferably as project leader, and have experience of producing communication material. You have knowledge and an understanding of intranets, organization theories and structure and of different communication channels and supporting systems. Furthermore, it is a prerequisite that you have publishing skills in multiple communication channels and have the ability to edit and write a variety of texts for different stakeholders. Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal, are a prerequisite for the position.

In addition to being well versed in the Microsoft Office package, it is preferable that you have skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign as work and information tools.

To be successful in this position you need to have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work in an efficient manner. You have social confidence, with good networking skills, and you take the initiative and work independently.
