Intune Co Management

Overview:
Responsible for managing a portfolio of various technical initiatives for End User Computing for Microsoft platform including SCCM. Modern device Management, Mobile Application Management, Microsoft 365 (Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mac Management, Android, iOS), and other related services

Skills Required:
Expertise in Windows 10 provisioning using Windows Autopilot.
Strong on Cloud Managed Services and Cloud-based distribution, as part of SCCM & Intune.
Application lifecycle management using Intune and SCCM (Packaging, Distribution Deployment, Reporting, Retire)
Should have hands-on Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Platform Specific (iOS, Android, Windows) Device Management and Application Management Policies
App Configuration Management (Creation of collections, packages, advertisements, queries, reporting, testing, and troubleshooting packages, monitoring advertisement status)
Client Configuration Management (Troubleshooting of Client Issues)
Creating custom Reports based on Management and other department requirement and Automation.
Hardware & software inventory checks in SCCM
Managing and troubleshooting Device Enrolments and Managing and troubleshooting Device Compliance.
Capture/track the Tasks on Ticketing Tool preferred ServiceNow Tool.
Troubleshooting MP, DP & WMI related issues.


What we are looking for:
Bachelor degree and minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Intune and SCCM Co-management setup.
Design and deployment of solutions with Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
Use of Enterprise Management Systems including Patch Management, Software Distribution.
Should have deep knowledge in Software distribution using SCCM.
Should have good knowledge of SCCM application packaging.
Should be able to create custom scripts i.e batch script, PowerShell, VBs.
Should be able to handle test and release of applications and Patches using SCCM.
Responsible for deploying SCCM with CO management.
Ability to work with Intune in Device Management and Application Management.
Technical and Professional Expertise Ability to Package, Stage and Deploy the application using Intune.
