Inventory/ Business Controller to our Automotive Customer

We are now looking for an Inventory/ Business Controller to our global customer within the automotive industry for a highly meritorious consulting assignment. Arbetsuppgifter

Inventory Controlling: Main purpose for the Inventory management role is to secure availability of stock items and at the same time reduce risk and increase cash-flow:
- Prepare re-purchasing proposals for a broad range of articles.
- Identify slow moving articles and to provide management with decision support.
- Actively work to improve inventory turn-over, reduce obsolescence and improve customer service

Business controlling: The demand for quality reporting in both financial and operational terms is increasing both internally and from our customers. Working close to the CFO of VMC this func-tion’s key responsibilities are:
- Extract data from our ERP-system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) to Excel
- Process data in Excel and maintain standardized reports
- Supply management with both ad-hoc and standardized reports
- Responsible for updating and maintaining data in integrated sales channels within our global customer’s network.


Utbildning/erfarenhet

The ideal candidate has a combination of formal qualifications and an attitude that fits with running a small business in a large corporate structure. Most important qualifications are:
- Very good knowledge in Excel.
- Experience and understanding of data warehousing
- Very good understanding and experience from ERP-systems on a superuser-level.
- Educational background is business administration combined with IT.
- Key factors in personality is structure and accuracy combined with a common sense understanding of business processes.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
