Investigation Process Manager at Envirotainer

We bring more than 2,000,000 doses per day of much-needed medicines to patients worldwide, and our ambition is to double that in the next few years.
We are now looking for an Investigation Process Manager to our Cold Chain Solutions and Analytics team at our office in Rosersberg.


About the role

As the Investigation Process Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and developing the customer complaint investigation process. You identify bottle necks in the process and determine the actions necessary to remove them. You find opportunities for improvement of our case management system (Salesforce) and ensure they are implemented. You also manage the day-to-day coordination of the process and ensure that it is adhered to.

This role means daily interaction with our customers, meaning your results are integral to the overall performance of Envirotainer and you play an important role in driving the future success of our company. The position reports to the Head of Cold Chain Solutions and Analytics and you are part of the Cold Chain Solutions and Analytics team.


Who are you?

As Investigation Process Manager you will be managing both internal and external stakeholders often in critical situations. This means that strong communication skills are essential including a good command of the English language.

As the role deals with a lot of new information daily, the ideal candidate has a passion for maintaining structure and keeping things organized, as well as an attention to detail.

Finally, to succeed in this role it is important to have the analytical skills required to be able to drive improvement of the process.

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in business or engineering and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience from customer service and working with Salesforce or other case management systems are considered merits.
