As an Investment Controller, you will play a pivotal role within the investment team, directly influencing the financial health and strategic direction of the client's projects.
Assignment
Your main tasks are:
- Collaborate closely with cluster managers and project managers on budgeting, financial monitoring, and forecasting.
- Drive the financial performance of your project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide robust and accurate financial information to stakeholders, supporting and challenging your investment team to optimize financial outcomes.
- Foster and enhance client relationships through consistent improvement of internal and external processes.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for you who have/are:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. A higher commercial certificate or similar qualification is also acceptable.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a finance-related role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is highly advantageous.
- A strong financial acumen and the ability to communicate financial impacts to non-finance stakeholders.
- An understanding of the business implications of financial decisions, with a detailed and accurate approach to financial data.
- The capability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, providing financial support and insight while also challenging business assumptions.
- Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both in verbal and written communication.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work area.
- An eagerness to learn, develop, and continuously improve your performance.
