About PCP
P Capital Partners (PCP) is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructuring, and refinancing. The funds of PCP have combined assets of EUR 3.5 billion.
Key responsibilities
· Defining an investment thesis and articulating it in the market towards potential borrowers and investors
· Significant travel within Europe to speak to the market, expand the PCP franchise, ensure strong portfolio performance, and cement the investment thesis
· Running end-to-end investment processes by identifying opportunities, performing diligence, writing investment memos, presenting towards a credit committee, and monitoring performance post-close
Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience working in technology enabled companies to build business plans, execute on strategy, and structure capital solutions
· Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
· Able to communicate complex financial and legal concepts simply and effectively to executive level stakeholders
· Fluency in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Additional language proficiency will be viewed as a merit
· Knowledge of best practice in technology or high-growth industries from executive experience as an operator or repeat entrepreneur
