Investor Relations Manager

The role

This is a great opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to continuing the international growth strategy within the business of video game entertainment. You will be a key player for us as we continue our journey. We have grown fast over the past years and now is the time to build trust and take Investor Relations to the next level.

This new role covers areas such as PR, communication and market guidance. You will take lead in planning and executing all our Investor Relation activities; from collecting and compiling company specific and market specific data, preparing presentations and external reports; to also act as a spokesperson for the company and a sounding board to the CEO and CFO.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the production of all externally published financial reportsBe responsible for creating presentations, press releases, and other communication to be presented to analysts, investors, and other stakeholdersMonitor competitors, markets, analyst reports and other externally produced industry reportsBe responsible over EG7s corporate website, including investor relations and corporate governance, as well updates on social mediaPlan and execute capital market events and participate at industry conferencesParticipate in building trust via adopting and maintaining a stringent equity story and corporate narrativeProactively communicate with existing and new investors, brokers, bankers, and traders

About you

We believe that you have a university degree in business administration, finance, or other relevant field of study. You have experience from the Swedish Capital Market and have worked in a listed company, ideally in a fast-growing, multinational corporation. With your experience comes a proven track record in preparing and writing financial reports, press releases, and investor presentations. Equally important is that you always strive for quality in what you produce.

In addition to the experience described above, you possess:

A good understanding of accounting and financial reportsSolid financial and investment analysis skillsProven oral and written communication skills in Swedish and EnglishExcellent relationship-building skills in the investor communityAbility to break down complex items to simple terms, especially across non-financial groups

To be successful in this role you work independently and in a structured way to reach the goals set out for the business as well as for you individually. You also enjoy networking and building new relationships, and like learning along the way.
