INVESTOR RELATIONS OFFICER

Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Officer (IRO) to our well-known client within the energy sector.

Tasks & responsibilities as an Investor Relations Officer;
• Corporate factbook update
• Quarterly reporting (report/presentation/script/Q&A)
• Coordinate Annual General Meeting
• Credit rating review preparations
• EMTN programme update + support with potential bond issuances
• ESG ratings – answer to external enquiries
• Capital Markets Day preparations (tentative)

Qualifications
- You have a university degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.
- You have strong communication skills in Swedish & English, verbally and in writing. German is an advantage.
- You have several years’ work experience in relevant job field.
- You have experience in investor relations, credit/equity research & analysis. Portfolio management is an advantage.
- Management consulting background and/or work experience with Big Four, e.g., in areas such as audit and financial advisory is an advantage
- Knowledge of the energy market and the utilities sector is an advantage

Personal qualities
The role requires excellent communication capabilities, verbally and in writing, and strong
understanding of financial statements and financial market happenings. We believe that you are a social as well as detail-oriented person with problem solving skills. You are a learner that enjoy taking initiative, finding new ways of working and being proactive. The position involves a lot of internal and external collaboration, and you therefore also enjoy working as part of a team to build on other people’s ideas and share in completing assignments together.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-07-13, with possible extension.
