iOS / Android / Mac / PC - Refurb/Service/Repair Technician

Join us at Refurbee as we're expanding our Malmö HQ further, and continuously are on the hunt for more iOS / Mac / PC / Android / etc. - technicians. We're both looking to fill Trainee and Expert roles.


Skilled technicians and electrical engineers are always needed at Refurbee, a dynamic workplace with focus on refurbishment and repairs of electronics, both B2B and towards end consumers.


The technicians workload will consist of repairs (B2B, end consumers and insurance companies), RMA case handling, customer contact and new production from Total Damage batches.


Whats needed from you to excel at Refurbee?


Applicants need to be:
Service minded and well versed in Swedish, Danish and/or English. (At least one, preferably two.)
Fast on their feet and comfortable with keeping a steady, high tempo.
Productive with high focus on quality repair output.
Creative and solution oriented.
Comfortable with personal metrics and continuous followups.
Knowledgeable of current and recent product offerings from the major electronic brands.
