iOS Engineer - Customer Experience

There is a famous video of Steve Jobs talking about working backwards from the customer experience as being the best way to build technology products. And that is exactly how the Customer Experience team at Tink thinks about its work. Our mission is to deliver world-class product experiences with a clear focus on our customers. We do this by bringing together a group of incredibly talented engineers, product managers, designers and creatives, provide the conditions required for their talent to flourish, and pursue our best ideas together as a team.

We are now looking for an iOS Engineer to join the development of our iOS suite of open banking products. To be successful in this role, we think you will have a few years work experience of iOS development, with an educational background in software engineering or mobile development. At Tink, we highly value drive and ambition but also your interest in working with iOS development and developing SDKs. The position is based in Stockholm and you can work up to 50% from home.

As an iOS Engineer you will:

- Build SDKs for some of the largest banks and fintechs that impact millions of people around Europe. Our customers use SDKs to get access to financial data, derive insights and speed up their time to market

- Together with your team, shape the future of our products for iOS

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to continuously develop and ship new features and capabilities

- Work with a modern tech stack exclusively using Swift

Who you are:

- You have at least 2 years of experience working in developing, releasing and maintaining iOS applications

- You have experience using Swift and UIKit in a professional context. Experience with SwiftUI and Combine is a plus.

- You are an eager learner and a solution-oriented team player who strives for improvement

- You want to take initiative and take ownership of tasks

Your team

You will be part of Customer Experience, a product area responsible for building developer and end user-facing products at Tink. In order to move fast, we organise ourselves into smaller teams so we can collaborate and ship features faster. Most of your day-to-day work will be done within the Mobile SDK team, where you will work closely with other iOS / Android Engineers, designers and PM/EM. Our teams enjoy great autonomy and we believe you will play a huge role in defining the future direction and performance of our Mobile SDKs.

Life at Tink

In an environment that’s filled with skilled and creative colleagues, and a culture that encourages people to make their ideas happen, you can have an impact like nowhere else. We all help each other to build new skills and best practices through the diversity of our backgrounds and opinions - while having a lot of fun in the process. Do you want to be part of our story and join one of the leading fintechs in Europe?

We're looking forward to your application!
