Who you are
Automation Development is organized in several Global Automation Supply Team’s. The team in Tumba is responsible for Automation R&D for separator systems within various business units. We are investing heavily into developing connected solutions to optimize the predictive maintenance of our separator systems.
About the job
Responsibility for deliveries within our IoT based connectivity solutions offering
SW developer for needs to various business units, both within IoT and Automation
Working with traditional automation as well as intelligent edge devices
Participating in new industrial automation initiatives
As an IoT Engineer, you’ll contribute to Alfa Laval’s platform for connected systems for predictive maintenance and condition monitoring. You will be a part of the IoT team to design new and innovative solution for enabling digital offering along with our external partners. You will reach out to other business units to develop business approach to connected solutions.
Who are you?
You hold a master’s degree in engineering
You have experience from IoT related projects
You have strong problem-solving skills, leadership experience, motivated and the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
Your work approach is constructive, structured and systematic, agile experiences is a benefit
You are good at managing inter-personal relationship, combining good technical skills with good management skills
Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
Ability to travel for up to 20%, both domestic and International, if required
