We are looking for an Information Technology Engineer joining us on our global IoT journey!
Do you want to work with new technology on real-life development projects and be involved in the digitization of connected machines all over the world? That possibility may be closer than you think. We are an international company with a complete value chain, from the development of products, to the manufacturing, sale and service of our products.
You will be a member of our local Customer Care team in Helsingborg, working for the EMEA region and collaborating with all functions within our organization, as well as our customers and the global IoT team. In this role you will develop and execute our IoT solution, iOPS, internally and to our customers.
The projects could be for new standard machines and machine types, but also for customized machines and installations. Our customers are all over the world and this ranges from a small company with one machine to customers with many sites, lines and machines. Our focus as a Team is in EMEA.
Our goal with iOPS is to support our customers, and JBT internally with remote access. With iOPS we will track and understand the operation and improve efficiency and uptime. On this journey you will be an important part of our team, and you will be involved in everything from reading unique machine data to the complete monitoring of a customers site, lines and/or machines.
Your role, in our IoT-team, will be to be involved in the connectivity of our machines, developing new standard and customized functionalities, offering analysis and automatic reports, testing new functionalities such as AI, Machine Learning and AR. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of ThingWorx and Kepware.

To qualify for the position, we would like you to have a degree within Information Engineering (IoT). We believe that you would be an experienced engineer, preferably with experience from working with IoT projects, or something similar, in a combination with machine PLC's. We are focused on finding the right person with a good fit to our team and company culture. Excellent communication in English and other language skills are considered an advantage.
