We are looking for a driven and experienced person who like to take an active part in our work to develop, digitalize and transform our processes to support our defined customer journey in the most efficient way.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your main responsibility is to develop and maintain the sales process area (leads to cash) and related systems but you are expected to take the full value chain and customer perspective in all work you participate in. You will be a key person in the process team of three people with the responsibility to drive change for the full BU IOT@Tele2. You will be reporting to the Head of data and process management. We also have a responsibility to develop the Customer Experience in the full customer journey
Responsibilities:
• be part of the customer journey development and related process transformation
• to carry out a detailed study of the company's business processes, revealing their impact on the fulfilment of the company's strategic goals
• identify sustainable, efficient business processes and related system improvements, define business and IT requirements for their implementation
• manage process improvement implementation projects in cooperation with the rest of the organization
• to support the introduction of new Tele2 IoT products and services by incorporating them into existing processes and developing new processes in accordance with best practices
• monitor the impact of Tele2 IoT processes on Tele2 IoT customer satisfaction throughout the customer's life cycle by analyzing customer feedback and survey results
• to ensure the maintenance and longevity of the implemented process improvements in the daily operation of Tele2
• Evaluate the impact of changes or improvements in implemented processes on quality or customer satisfaction by defining and implementing measurable indicators (KPIs)
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Required skills and abilities:
• strong customer orientation & costumer Journey understanding
• at least 3 years of experience in creating, analyzing business processes, and implementing changes in way of working and supporting applications and user information
• higher education in business or process management
• project management experience & knowledge of process management methods (e.g. Lean, BPM)
• good computer program skills, especially CRM system, ERP system, MS office, (Jira)
• very good knowledge of English preferably Latvian and/or Swedish (written and oral)
• stakeholder management, be fearless in involving and contacting teams within and outside of Tele2 IoT
• strategic and analytical thinking skills
• good communication, presentation skills and ability to justify one's opinion
• a plus if you have experience implementing a larger CRM or ERP system
