We are looking to strengthen our IoT & IT Team with a devoted, experienced, and organized IoT Program Lead. For this role we are open to hire a consultant or employee with start as soon as possible.
Your role
In the role as IoT Program Lead, you will be part of building and taking the IoT solution for our connected air purifiers to the next level. You will be leading Product Owners in their work and be responsible that the Product Owners have understood requirements and purpose as well as timeline and quality target. You will, together with Global IoT & IT Solution Architect, be responsible for making sure that all requirements are broken down in respective backlog for the Product Owners. Furthermore, you will own the technical roadmap for connected experience. As IoT Program Lead you will report a consolidated view of the progress vs roadmap from the team to different stakeholders.
· Report escalations and any major deviations from Product Owners to relevant stakeholders
· Ensure that the day-to-day efforts and agreed to governance are being managed with all suppliers
· Oversee that suppliers delivers on agreed goals and timeline
· Work with Head of IoT & IT and key stakeholders to establish the organizational setup and make sure that roles and responsibilities are well defined and understood
Who we believe you are
To succeed and thrive in this role we believe you have a demonstratable experience and understanding from driving teams within complex IoT solutions, preferably within consumer goods. You like to work in a fast-paced and international environment. We believe you are a team player, have a great ability to communicate and work with different stakeholders. You have a positive can-do attitude, structured and thorough in your work as well as you good at prioritizing and a true problem-solver. We believe you have a will to develop as well as developing and leading others.
· 2-3 years of experience working as a Team Lead or Line Manager for Product owners
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in working with different time zones, languages and cultures
· Experience in developing and delivering solutions to be deployed in over 30+ markets around the globe
· Well documented skills as Team/Line manager with emphasize on ensuring a “well-oiled” machinery with clear roles and responsibilities
· Knowledge and experience of agile methods, preferably Scrum/ Kanban
